lyrics
Plant the seed, but nothing grows
Desolate
Eyes are opened, doors are closed
Isolate
Hands are bloody, nothing shows
Desolate
Turning inward, ignoring those
Isolate
But I can’t let go
I can’t say no
I can’t let go
So just let me go
It just keeps ringing in my head
It’s like a prison in my head
It just keeps playing in my mind
It’s like a prison in my fucking mind
But I can’t let go
I can’t say no
I can’t let go
So just let me go
never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu
Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego
